Interested candidates can apply for existing vacancies or submit their CV’s for consideration via our online career form. Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for assessment with RenMoney as follows:

Step 1: Written Assessment – comprises of verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, logic, certain basic finance courses as well as a short essay. This will determine candidate’s eligibility to be a member of the RenMoney family.

 

Step 2: HR Assessment – Candidates who are successful at the written assessment are invited for a chat with a representative of the Human Resources department where you will provide evidence of credentials and relevant qualifications. This phase tests for fit within the organization.

 

Step 3: Final Assessment: Candidates who are successful from the previous stage are scheduled for technical interviews with the relevant departmental heads to test for knowledge, skills and where possible attitude.

 

Successful candidates take part in the next induction for new hires where they learn about us, our culture, our philosophy, our structures, our values, our products, etc. Candidates are put on probation for the next 6 months to test for full understanding of the RenMoney way as well as to check for fit into the organization. Successful candidates are absorbed fully into the RenMoney family.

 

For Experienced Hire

HR Assessment: Shortlisted candidates are invited for a chat with a representative of the Human Resource department where you will provide evidence of credentials and relevant qualifications. This phase tests for fit within the organization.

Psychometric testing: Successful candidates would undergo a series of assessments to test for cognitive skills, aptitude and technical abilities.

Technical Assessment: Candidates who are successful from the previous stage are scheduled for technical interviews with relevant departmental heads to test for the knowledge and suitability into the team.

Final Assessment: Successful candidates are scheduled for a one-on-one interview with any member of the management team.

TELESALES

RenMoney Nigeria requires the services of a qualified young person to fill the position of Telesales Analyst. This person should possess a strong commercial acumen and have a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone.

Qualification

First degree from an accredited University

Experience

Minimum of 2 years working experience in a sales and marketing role

Salary

An attractive salary package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to the selected candidate.

LIABILITY GENERATION

RenMoney Nigeria requires the services of a qualified young person to fill the position of- Relationship Manager. This person is expected to facilitate business growth through the sale of (deposit) products across SMEs, HNI and Corporate clients.

Qualification

First degree from an accredited University

Experience

1-5 years of experience in sales and/ or business development in the Banking/Financial services sector

Salary
